The same food-safe silicone tubing used throughout the RRC hydration system, with pre-installed insulation to keep your drink cold in the heat of the racecar cockpit. Cut to length, fit wherever you need it, connects to every component in the RRC and SRC system.

All RRC and SRC products use the same 4x7mm food-safe silicone tubing, everything in the system works with this tubing size.

Available in Two Lengths

  • 2m: for shorter runs, top-up stock or replacement sections, 1x 1.8m insulation sleeves pre-installed
  • 4m: recommended for a full car installation, 2x 1.8m insulation sleeves pre-installed.

    The DrinkBox typically sits in the middle of the car with two tubing runs going in opposite directions, one to the Endurance Bottle Dock, one to the Car Side Connector. Simply cut the tubing in the middle and both runs come pre-insulated from end to end.

 

Compatible Products

  • RRC DrinkBox — Connect tubing from your bottle dock to the DrinkBox inlet and from the DrinkBox outlet to your Car Side Connector.
  • RRC Endurance Bottle Dock — Tubing connects directly to the barb on the dock — same 4x7mm spec, no adapters needed.
  • RRC Car Side Connector — Same 4x7mm spec throughout — route tubing from DrinkBox outlet to Car Side Connector.
  • CPC Coupling — 3/16" dry break coupling. Panel mount anywhere in the car and snap tubing connections wherever you need them.
  • One Way Check Valve — Replacement check valves for the car side of the system.

Care and Maintenance

  • After every use: Flush tubing with clean water for 20-30 seconds, then run briefly without liquid to clear excess moisture
  • After sugary drinks or isodrink: Always flush thoroughly with clean water immediately after use to prevent buildup
  • Regular cleaning: Dissolve a cleaning tablet in a full bottle of water — run through the system, flush with clean water and run dry
  • Deep clean (as needed): Use warm water with a bit of vinegar, then rinse thoroughly and run dry
  • Replace tubing periodically for best hygiene

Avoid alcohol-based cleaners — they may reduce the lifespan of the tubing.
