RRC DRINKBOX — Motorsport Hydration System

The RRC DrinkBox is designed to be permanently mounted to your roll cage. The peristaltic pump works in any orientation so mount it wherever suits your cage layout best. Both horizontal and vertical mounting hardware are included in the box.

Two hose clamps are included, clamp the DrinkBox securely to your roll cage tubing. Keep the Deutsch connectors and fuse enclosure accessible for easy wiring and maintenance access.

All RRC and SRC products use the same 4x7mm food-safe silicone tubing, everything in the system is interchangeable and works with this tubing size.

• Inlet (on the rear of the unit): route your tubing from the RRC Endurance Bottle Dock to the DrinkBox inlet
• Outlet (on the front of the unit): route your tubing from the DrinkBox outlet to the RRC Car Side Connector

Tubing is not included with the DrinkBox: see RRC Tubing or the RRC Full System Kit which includes pre-cut insulated tubing runs. All tubing in the RRC range comes with pre-installed insulation sleeves to keep your drink cold in the heat of the car.

Main Power

• Deutsch DT 2-pin: main power input from your car battery or PDU. 2.5m wire supplied. Route and connect to your car's electrical system
• Rated for 12V to 15V: Compatible with standard automotive electrical systems. Do not exceed 15V.

Switch Connection:
Deutsch DT 3-pin, wiring explained:

- Pin A — switch positive (red) — connect to one side of your switch and to the LED positive (shared VCC)
- Pin B — switch negative (black) — connect to the other side of your switch (switch GND)
- Pin C — LED negative (yellow) — connect to 12V LED GND for illuminated switch support, leave unused if not needed
Works with any standard momentary switch — just wire red and black, pin 3 is optional for LED

Want a neat coiled cable run to your steering wheel? Add our coiled cable. Note: not recommended if your steering column is uncovered: The cable may catch during steering input. Always ensure safe cable routing before use in a racecar.

• Standard 3A purple blade fuse in an external enclosure between the Deutsch connectors
• No need to open the unit to replace it: Accessible from the outside
• Replace with any standard 3A purple blade automotive fuse.
• Protects the system and your car's electrical system

Designed for low-maintenance, hassle-free use.

• After every use: Flush the system and tubing with clean water for 20-30 seconds, then run the pump briefly without liquid to clear excess moisture from the tubing and internal components
• After sugary drinks or isodrink: Always flush thoroughly with clean water immediately after use to prevent buildup
• Regular cleaning: Fill your bottle with clean water and dissolve a cleaning tablet — run the full bottle through the system, then flush thoroughly with clean water and run dry
• Deep clean (as needed): Use warm water with a bit of vinegar through the full system, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and run dry
• Tubing: Replace periodically for best hygiene: see RRC Tubing
• Fuse: If the pump stops working, check the 3A purple blade fuse in the external enclosure between the Deutsch connectors

Avoid alcohol-based cleaners — they may reduce the lifespan of the tubing and seals.

RRC Endurance Bottle Dock — Mounts your Race Bottle in the car. Integrated 3/16" CPC fitting connects directly to the DrinkBox inlet tubing.

Race Bottle — 950ml insulated bottle. Pairs with the RRC Endurance Bottle Dock via CPC Quick-Connect Cap.

Race Bottle Cap — Both caps included with every RRC Race Bottle — CPC Quick-Connect for in-car use, Sipping Cap for paddock and travel.

RRC Car Side Connector — Mounts on the roll cage. Your driver plugs in their Driver Hydration Kit every time they get in.

Driver Hydration Kit — Complete driver side setup. Pairs with the RRC Car Side Connector.

RRC Driver + Car Side Bundle — Both sides of the connector system together at a discount.

RRC Tubing — Same 4x7mm food-safe silicone tubing with pre-installed insulation sleeves. Keeps your drink cold in the heat of the car. Available in 2.5m or 5m.

Duckbill Check Valve — Replacement check valves for the car side of the system.

16mm Red LED Switch — No switch on your steering wheel or dashboard? Our 16mm switch with red LED ring wires straight into the Deutsch DT 3-pin connector — pre-wired and ready to go.
